The primary tasks of our department are making sure that the boilers, burners and auxiliary products manufactured and imported by our company and then sold to domestic and foreign customers are commissioned by the head office and authorized services as well as following up and responding to malfunctions within the warranty period and supplying spare parts.

Furthermore, if requested after the warranty period of our products, the department offers malfunction services, maintenance, spare part supply, repair works with partial part replacement, annual and seasonal periodic maintenance services for a fee.

The department determines authorized services depending on the cities in the country where the company products are sold and quantities sold as well as official contracting as the authorized company service by concluding a standard contract if the parties come to an agreement, assigning tasks and supervising the activities.

Information about commissioning procedure and commissioning form

All boilers and CIB Unigas brand burners sold by Erensan are commissioned by our expert and experienced team.


  • First, our customers complete the mechanical, electrical installation works.
  • It obtains a Natural Gas Conformity Certificate from the gas distribution organization of the related region.
  • The commissioning request form will be completed and e-mailed to us.
  • When the related documentation is received by our firm, our service team will be directed to our customer for the commissioning procedures.
  • In case of requests for commissioning on abroad, our customer will complete all the installation works and then forward us the system photos and commissioning form.

Information about maintenances and request procedure

Our primary goal is to make sure that the products produced and imported by our company and then marketed to the end users are fully functional and have long technological life cycle. To achieve this goal, we should do the following starting from the commissioning process;

We must always communicate with our end users.

All authorized personnel of our customers should be contacted and informed that periodic maintenance should be performed on products always under the impact of heat and pressure and on products that have dynamic devices (burner, pump, fan etc.) in its system and they should be persuaded, even during the warranty period,

The authorized personnel of our customers must be informed about the benefits (energy saving, longer product life cycle, reduced consumption of spare parts, preventing stop of operations etc.) of periodic and protective maintenance with simple examples.

Initially, the customers should be informed about ad-hoc general maintenance and then seasonal maintenance and annual maintenance procedures and they should be informed about the pricing.

If the customers cannot be persuaded during the first interview, they should be regularly recalled for persuading them.

When our technicians visit our customers for the commissioning procedure and any following malfunction, they should advise our customers about receiving regular and protective maintenance service.

In case of malfunction notices and maintenance requests received from our customers, we must take action quickly and conclude the correspondence and service processes as soon as possible.

The maintenance schedules must be performed according to the deadlines agreed with the customer and necessary materials must be supplied during the maintenance periods without any delay.

Our customers must be called before the durations of maintenance contracts expire and renewals should be secured.

During the maintenance works, we should assist coordination of the services to be provided by the supplier and other partner companies that are not included in our technical personnel’s area of expertise.
